Games we are traveling with - over 25 listed

With most "normal" games they take usually take over an hour to play and in some cases more than 3 hours to play. We would rather have and play games that are shorter in play so that we don't have to plan the time to play. We can pull out most of these games and most take less than a 1/2 hr to set up and play. Very few of our games take longer than a 1/2 hr to play, the Ticket To Ride games are about the only ones I think.
Thom and I take games with us all over, yes even into bars. We like to play games and lots of different games. Some of them are dice games, card games or board games. We also carry lots of dice with us in case we want to get up a DnD type of game or whatever. Most of them are very easy to learn and even people in bars that have had a "few" to drink can learn most of them fast. If you ever see us out and about playing do not hesitate to ask to learn or play. Yes some are considered 'kids' games like Chekov but it is still very much a stratagy game.
